Introduction and Project Overview
Hi everyone. My name is Gary Simon, and I've been a freelance designer for the last 15 years, and I've had the privilege of working with over 1, 000 clients on a wide variety of projects. In this course, we're going to dive into the world of SVG filters, which provide designers with powerful methods of image and object manipulation. Initially, we're going to spend a few lessons going over the basics of SVG filters and how they work in a simple HTML playground environment. Then we're going to apply the use of SVG filters on a landing page equipped with jQuery and animations. And then finally, we'll create a loading animation based on SVG filters. Some of the key takeaways from watching this course include learning how SVG filters work, how to use them in real-world scenarios, such as on landing pages and other UI elements. By the end of the training, you will have a solid understanding of SVG filters and how to best utilize them on your future projects. I'm excited to share these techniques with you, so let's get started with the first lesson.
